who: OCCUPYCANCER team!
what: we are joining our friend, christie BRIM mcguire who was nominated for the man + woman of the year campaign. we are raising awareness + money for research, medicine, treatment + patient care for those suffering leukemia, lymphoma, hodgkin's disease and/or myeloma.

why: i'm doing this for one of my best friend candice's dad, tom. he was diagnosed with luekemia. he is now recovering, but it was one of the hardest things i have ever seen candice + my sweet seattle family walk through (story to come soon). without supporters like you, treatment + research would not be possible. let's do this for tom!
